On October 24, 2024, Netizen Co., Ltd. celebrated its 24th anniversary by hosting a merit-making event that emphasized the company’s core values of gratitude and ethical teamwork — key components driving Netizen’s success. The morning began with a prayer and blessing ceremony by monks from Wat That Thong, followed by the sprinkling of holy water to bring good fortune and blessings to all employees. 

In the afternoon, a Dharma talk was delivered by a monk from Wat Pathom Vivek, focusing on mindfulness and gratitude in the workplace — values that Netizen has always upheld. The talk not only encouraged employees to work efficiently but also underscored the importance of collaboration and mutual support. 

The central theme of the Dharma talk was “Working with Gratitude,” which includes taking responsibility for one’s duties, not passing burdens onto others, and working diligently to achieve smooth and successful outcomes. At Netizen, we strongly believe in the concept of “Partnering with Customers.” When we collaborate with our clients, we do not view ourselves merely as service providers, but as thought partners who mutually support each other. Maintaining consistent work standards is a key factor in building trust with our clients, fostering a positive work environment, and generating positive energy within the organization. 

This merit-making event also reflected Netizen’s corporate culture of gratitude, teamwork, and the ongoing commitment to maintaining strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. These principles have played a significant role in our growth and sustained success over the past 24 years.
