Joule is designed to enhance data management and analytics, enabling businesses to make faster and more accurate decisions, especially in real-time deep data analysis. Joule also supports organizations by processing and presenting complex data clearly, allowing management teams to access critical information for efficient decision-making.
Ms. Suchada Iamchula, Accelerated Sales Engagement Team – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (South East Asia), further discussed GROW with SAP S/4HANA, a program designed to help businesses of all sizes quickly and easily start using SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The program emphasizes flexibility in adapting to the specific needs of businesses, ensuring that organizations can leverage technology to its fullest potential and enhance their competitive edge, which is essential for success in the digital era.
The Future of GROW with SAP S/4HANA and Beyond – Roadmap to Digital Excellence
In the session on the future direction of GROW with SAP S/4HANA, Mr. Nopadon Charoentong, Head of Mid-Market – SAP Indochina, Ms. Piddawan Techakunthavorn, SAP Digital Solution Advisor, and Ms. Arjaree Tassanamethin, Senior Solution Advisor at SAP, together presented the Roadmap of GROW with SAP S/4HANA. They highlighted the system’s future development in terms of improvements and new features to support businesses in the digital age.
The trio emphasized the development of SAP S/4HANA that will help businesses achieve Digital Excellence by incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as AI and Machine Learning for enhanced data analysis, automation, and the ability to connect data across the entire organization. They also discussed SAP S/4HANA’s vision to remain a core solution in driving digital businesses forward, with flexibility to adapt to ongoing market changes. This Roadmap positions SAP S/4HANA as a digital platform that will continue to evolve and adapt to rapid changes.

Ms. Nartnapa Tharakittikul, Chief Compliance Officer at NETIZEN Co., Ltd., led the Sharing Experience session with key clients such as Medplast and Bangpakok–Piyavate Hospital Group.
Mr. Vorapong Ekpoothorn, General Manager of Medplast Co., Ltd., a medical device and equipment manufacturer, shared his experience with NETIZEN Peony. He emphasized the importance of using a Standard System, which has enabled the organization to operate in a structured and efficient manner.
