NETIZEN Co., Ltd., a leading SAP consulting and technology solutions provider, has once again demonstrated its expertise in SAP and ERP system implementation by delivering the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition Version NETIZEN Peony project for S&J International Enterprises Public Company Limited (S&J). S&J, a prominent company in the consumer goods (FMCG) and personal care manufacturing industry, operates as a key member of the Saha Group, one of Thailand’s largest and most influential business conglomerates. 

The project successfully went Go-Live on January 2, 2025, with the goal of modernizing S&J’s enterprise management systems to align with the demands of the digital age and support long-term business growth. 

Highlights of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition Version NETIZEN Peony 

The implementation of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition included extensive coverage of key functions, utilizing the latest ERP solution from SAP to address S&J’s complex operational needs. These functions include : 

• FI (Financial Accounting) : Financial and accounting management 

• CO (Controlling) : Cost control and analysis 

• SD (Sales and Distribution) : Sales and distribution management 

• MM (Materials Management) : Materials and procurement management 

• WM (Warehouse Management) : Warehouse management 

• PP (Production Planning) : Production planning 

• QM (Quality Management) : Quality assurance 

• PM (Plant Maintenance) : Equipment and machinery maintenance 

• Bank Payment and E-Tax Invoice : Electronic payment and invoicing systems 

• Handheld Devices : Mobile device integration for operational efficiency 

The project’s complexity required meticulous planning and execution by NETIZEN, working closely with S&J’s team to identify and address critical challenges : 

• Clean Core Concept 

A key project goal was implementing the Clean Core Concept, minimizing system customization to maintain flexibility and ensure future scalability. NETIZEN collaborated with S&J to optimize SAP S/4HANA’s standard features while customizing modules to meet S&J’s unique business needs seamlessly. 

• Change Management 

NETIZEN worked hand-in-hand with S&J to develop a comprehensive Change Management strategy. This involved analyzing impacts, defining best practices, and conducting training sessions to ensure employees at all levels could confidently adapt to the new system, with close guidance provided throughout the process. 

• Excise Tax 

To manage the complexity of excise tax in the consumer goods industry, NETIZEN developed a tailored solution for precise calculation and compliance, enabling S&J to operate with efficiency and transparency. 

• Costing 

NETIZEN enhanced S&J’s cost management processes by leveraging the CO (Controlling) and PP (Production Planning) modules, collaboratively designing workflows to ensure accurate cost analysis and effective production planning, thereby reducing long-term costs. 

• Integration with HoneyConn 

S&J’s diverse operational systems required seamless integration. NETIZEN deployed HoneyConn, its proprietary Integration Software, to link SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition with S&J’s legacy systems. HoneyConn supports real-time data management, facilitating processes such as procurement, shipment tracking, and inventory control with accuracy and efficiency. 

HoneyConn’s flexibility and adaptability allowed it to meet S&J’s unique requirements, enabling smooth data exchange and improving operational transparency across all processes.
