On March 26, 2024 at the Netizen Life Center, Netizen received an award from Celigo, a leading provider of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and Automate Process solutions for organizations from the United States. It was honored as the “Partner of the Year Asia” for collaborative development of the HoneyConn Solution, a System Integration technology aimed at demands of businesses in the era of Digital Transformation.

And as for the event highlights, apart from receiving the award from Celigo, there were updates on the platform’s progress under the theme of “HoneyConn’s Journey to AI Integration.” The discussion also covered HoneyConn’s growth trajectory with AI Integration technology. There was significant interest from various business sectors, with attendees registering to learn more about and participate in the HoneyConn platform.

Mr. Seree Satukijchai, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Netizen, has begun discussing the collaboration in developing HoneyConn with Celigo and plans to deploy the platform to customers in the future, saying :

“The technology landscape is evolving rapidly, necessitating businesses to develop more external solutions to complement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. These include E-Commerce, Social Channels, Logistics, and even Consignment systems.

In the past, integrating external solutions with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) was a highly complex task. Therefore, we sought ways to connect them systematically, with the goal of Keep the Core Clean. This led us to develop this Integration Platform, named ‘HoneyConn.’

Additionally, we now have plans to integrate data using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in operations, allowing users to immediately detect connectivity issues and pinpoint data inaccuracies.”

In addition, within the event, Netizen has also invited Mr. Jan Arendtsz, CEO & Founder of Celigo, to discuss the development plan of the Integration Platform in Artificial Intelligence (AI) together with Netizen.

“In the past, we has heavily invested in Research and Development (R&D) to develop technology solutions that assist users in their work. Currently, we are developing solutions in 3 products :

1. Data Ingestion : The process of moving data from various sources to be collected in a Data Warehouse for analysis and reporting. This helps organizations to consolidate data from different sources for analysis and decision-making.

2. AI Data Flow Solutions : Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to manage data transmission, data processing, and data analysis quickly. It can efficiently improve and prevent errors in operations.

3. Business Process Automation : Developing technologies and tools to assist in data processing, reducing the working time of complex or repetitive business processes automatically.

Celigo and Netizen have been working together continuously to develop the HoneyConn, emphasizing the importance of exchanging ideas and sharing working experiences to tailor the platform to be most suitable for localization workflows.”

Along with Mr. Wisit Manaviriyaphap, Head of Physical Distribution and MIS&IT – Physical Distribution at Do Day Dream Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of skincare and dietary supplement products. He shared his experiences of using HoneyConn within his organizations.

“Do Day Dream, we have a total of 5 subsidiaries and over 22 products, each with different operational systems including Fulfillment System, OMS Management, Budgeting Control System, and Point-of-Sale (POS). This diversity in systems led us to seek a Middleware solution that could be used collaboratively with our clients’ systems. Towards the end of the event, Netizen also conducted a demo of HoneyConn for the attending customers. During this session, attendees were able to witness the connectivity processes and data processing of the platform, aiming to enhance their understanding of its functionality.
