On January 2, 2025, NETIZEN Co., Ltd., a leading SAP consulting and technology solutions provider, celebrated a significant milestone with the successful Go-Live of the GROW with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition Version NETIZEN Peony  for T.A.C. Consumer Public Company Limited (TACC). As a leader in the ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage industry, TACC specializes in freshly made beverages, which are widely available through convenience stores and retail channels. 

Tackling Key Challenges in the TACC Project 

• Building a Precise and Reliable Interface 

To facilitate seamless data exchange between TACC and its major business partner, 7-Eleven, NETIZEN designed and implemented a high-performance Interface system. This included leveraging HoneyConn, an Integration Software developed by NETIZEN, to seamlessly connect SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition with TACC’s existing systems. 

HoneyConn enables real-time data management, allowing critical operations such as order processing, delivery tracking, and inventory management to be updated automatically in SAP. Its flexibility and reliability not only enhance operational efficiency but also reduce errors in complex data transfers. 

• Transforming Organizational Processes 

NETIZEN recognized the importance of Change Management in adopting the GROW with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition Version NETIZEN Peony. Collaborating closely with TACC, the team developed strategies to support the organization through this transformation. Detailed training sessions ensured that TACC employees at all levels could confidently utilize the new system to its full potential. 

• Tailoring the System to Meet TACC’s Unique Needs 

While SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition provides world-class ERP standards, NETIZEN tailored it to address TACC’s specific requirements. From managing beverage production to complex resource planning, the system was customized to deliver seamless functionality aligned with TACC’s business operations. 

Through close collaboration between NETIZEN and TACC, the project successfully delivered a robust solution designed to meet the client’s needs. With the implementation of GROW with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition, TACC has achieved :
